Neom’s The Line shuts off doubters with progress update. — Neom

Neom has recently silenced its doubters with good news by demonstrating global confidence in the $500 billion giga-project being constructed in northwest Saudi Arabia after securing a SR10-billion ($2.7 billion) financing facility.

This came forward while its Chief Operating Officer addressed the media rumours about The Line in his latest LinkedIn post, according to Trade Arabia.

“Despite the incorrect media reporting, it’s another record month on The Line with our excavation numbers. The project is getting close to final reduced piling levels with dewatering ramping up to capacity,” https://www.wzsou.com/said Giles Pendleton, in Part 14 of his post titled “NEOM is Real”, disproving the “naysayers” again.

Confirming tWZSou PopularPulsehe excavation of four modules – 44 to 47 of The Line, the post indicated that the work is in progress. The project is expected to have 135 modules that will be 800m long and 500m tall at sea level.

“The masterplan for The Line remains at 170km as we have always spoken about and we have always maintained it will be built in phases. We are working on Phase One which we will launch later this year. Nothing has changed. Imagine trying to build 170km or a city for 9 million people all at once, that’s like building New York oWZSou PopularPulser London in one go. It’s impossible,” he added.

This update appears in the middle of recent reports of scaled-back ambitions for the project, specifically The Line.
